The Holidays, a time for family, friends, and food, but for most of us Christmas dinner has too many calories and loads of unhealthy fat. No wonder holiday weight gain is such a big problem! On "Recipe Rescue: Holiday Edition," dietitians Janice Bissex and Liz Weiss rescue the Christmas meal with a healthy and tasty makeover. But this isn't an extreme makeover; in this 30 minute program you'll learn simple changes that make a big nutritional difference.

Recipies

The hosts of Recipe Rescue, registered dietitians Janice Bissex (left) and Liz Weiss. Dietitians Janice Bissex and Liz Weiss show Gena Mabee how to make a healthy and delicious chocolate coconut torte.

This Cheesy Broccoli Casserole is a healthy and refreshing substitute for the Mabee's traditional green bean casserole. This rosemary roasted turkey proves that you don't need to sacrifice great taste to improve the way you eat.
