Total Body Workout is a series of yoga and aerobic workouts with the focus alternating daily for maximum results.

The instructor, Deni Preston, an energetic mother of four and grandmother of seven, has been teaching aerobics for 25 years, including almost 20 years at Brigham Young University. Seven years ago she began teaching yoga, and she stands firmly by its advantages.
