Grandma's Bean Dip

Ingredients:
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Refried beans
  • Ortega chiles
  • Tobasco sauce

  • Directions: Mix all the ingredients together. Bake in a pan for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. NOTE: You can use low-fat mayonnaise and serve it with tortilla chips.


    Shish Kabobs

    Ingredients:
  • MARINADE:
  • Salad oil
  • Red Wine Vinaigrette
  • Dry Mustard
  • Soy Sauce
  • Worchester Sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley
  • Garlic
  • Lemon Juice
  • THE KABOBS:
  • Chicken
  • Beef
  • Red Bell Peppers
  • Green Bell Peppers
  • Tomatoes
  • Zucchini
  • Red Onions
  • Portobello Mushrooms
  • Bacon

  • Directions: Start mixing while adding all the ingredients for the sauce. Marinade the two different meats separately for a couple of hours. Wrap bacon around the marinated meat. Stick vegetables and meat onto shish kabob stick. Use hot grill to cook. NOTE: Can brush marinade sauce onto shish kabob while grilling to give added flavor.


    Italian Salad

    Ingredients:
  • Cucumbers
  • Pears
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Zucchini
  • Onions
  • Baby Shrimp
  • Lemon
  • Mayonnaise
  • Caviar

  • Directions: Mix everything together except for the lemon and caviar. Squeeze a bit of lemon on the salad. Dish out a plate of Italian salad and top it with caviar.


    Chocolate Cream Eggs

    Ingredients:
  • Powdered sugar
  • Creamy or Crunchy Peanut Butter
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

  • Directions: Mix powdered sugar, peanut butter and vanilla extract together. Melt the bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips. Mold the cream into an egg shape. Dip it into the melted chocolate and place it in the refrigerator after it is done to harden.
