Submission Instructions

1. Download the Submissions Checklist Form by clicking here
2. Using the Submissions Checklist Form, create a proposal that fits all the requirements from the Submissions Checklist (include the budget checklist if applicable).
3. Email travis.brinton@byu.edu or helen.hovenier@byu.edu with all of the required documents attached.
4. If media such as DVD's, CD's or other media files are required, please send them to:

   Provo, UT 84606

Submissions need to be submitted at least 60 days before the projected production dates.
