In the past few years, as production pressures on BYU Broadcasting have steadily mounted with the expansion from two to eight television channels, from one to five radio channels and their associated web sites, the need for a transparent process for both strategic and tactical decision making in the areas of content development, acquisition, production, and scheduling has become evident.

Are made after weighing budgetary and resource management constraints against anticipated outcomes.
